How long does it take to get Lemmpo running?+
A few days. Initial setup — teams, projects, approval rules — includes two hours of guided remote onboarding with a named Lemmpo contact, so your crews are never blocked while you configure.
Will field crews actually use it?+
That is the design constraint. The mobile app is built for people working outdoors, often with gloves on: they check their schedule, log hours and submit a report in seconds. Ease of use on site is our first product priority, ahead of feature count.
Can it replace our spreadsheets?+
That is exactly the point. Lemmpo consolidates what today lives across several files — schedules, timesheets, time off — so you stop double-entering data and stop reconciling versions that disagree with each other.
What does it cost?+
From $9.90 per user per month, excluding tax, with no lock-in and a discount on annual billing. The full price list is on the pricing page — there is no hidden implementation fee.
Where is our data stored?+
Your data is hosted in the European Union with OVHcloud, and it is never sold or used to train third-party models. That matters if you operate in Europe: it keeps your employee and customer data inside the GDPR perimeter by default rather than by exception. Organizations with stricter requirements can discuss a dedicated hosting arrangement with us under the Enterprise plan.
